Terms of Service

Numerology Portrait provides numerology calculations, interpretations, and related tools for personal exploration. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes and is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The personal tier is free and includes deep static interpretations and up to three profiles. Optional one-time purchases unlock PDF export and AI points packs as described in the app.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Taxes may apply where required by law.

All purchases are final unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Subscriptions (including Personal Plus, Personal Pro, and any future recurring plans): fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, downgrades, or cancellations after a renewal charge has been processed.

AI points packs: purchases are non-refundable once points are credited to your account. Unused AI points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

One-time digital unlocks (such as PDF export): non-refundable once the entitlement is granted to your account.

If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction), contact us promptly at help@numerologyportrait.com. We will review legitimate billing errors in good faith. Nothing in this section limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protections where they apply.

Contextual AI interpretations consume AI points from your balance. AI output may be inaccurate; use your own judgment. Prompts are processed by Google Gemini through Vertex AI as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

The application, branding, and original content remain our property. You retain ownership of profile data you enter.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of numerology content or AI output.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence within the EU.
